Refund policy

Please note that at this point we do not have returnable items. However, if you are not satisfied with a product purchased at Adal and Christo, we will provide you with a discount coupon in amount equal to 5% of the price paid for the product (before applicable taxes) valid up to 14days from the date of issuance and applicable to purchases totaling at minimum the value of the coupon.

Please note, we may suspend, modify, or withdraw this program at any time without prior notice.

Coupon is not transferable and has no cash value. Limit of one use per coupon.

For an item to be eligible for refund you must send an email to info@adalnchristo.com with a copy of the receipt. Only Items purchased within 30days are covered by this return policy. If 30days have gone by since the purchase of the item, we cannot approve your refund request.

Once we receive your refund email request, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your refund email request. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. However, if your refund request is approved, we will then proceed to send you another email containing your discount coupon code.
